Matos Foundation Engineering was founded by Miguel G. Matos, PE. With over 20 years of geotechnical and foundation experience spanning across several sectors of the engineering industry, Miguel is uniquely qualified to lead a team to efficient and sustainable foundation solutions.

Miguel is also involved with many industry organizations (ASCE, DFI, SEAoNY). But his most proud professional work has come during his time volunteering with Engineers Without Borders (EWB) as both a student and professional, where Miguel traveled to impoverished communities in Honduras and El Salvador to provide engineering solutions for basic needs such as clean water and sanitation.
